Returns

When you are not happy, we aren't happy. We want to make sure you feel and look great in your new TradeMutt work shirt.

If for whatever reason you are not feeling 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item/s you have purchased for a full refund.

To get you into some seriously good kit quicker, you can jump online now and order your new TradeMutt gear. That way we can get you sorted out a lot quicker. Then just return the original item and we will refund you in full.

WHAT CAN I RETURN?
The items must be unwashed and undamaged in any way. We can not refund or exchange items that have been worn or damaged. We also do not accept returns or exchanges on any underwear. We do not accept returns or exchanges on swimwear with the hygiene label removed.

 

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN/EXCHANGE?
Within 30 days of receiving your item. If you have bought this as a gift and the recipient didn't get to open it within this time frame, don't worry, we will sort you out. Just drop us an email at sales@trademutt.com

 

HOW DO I RETURN OR SWAP AN ITEM?
Within your package you will have a returns slip. Simply fill in the details on that slip, ensuring you include the original order number and the name of the person who placed the order. If you ordered the wrong size, please just put the original garment in the mail and send it back to us for a full refund, not including postage. While you wait for us to issue you the refund you can jump online and place a new order to get your correct size sent out straight away.

 

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
We will receive your parcel back at TradeMutt HQ and process a full refund (excluding shipping). You will receive a confirmation email when the funds have been processed. Funds will be sent back to the same account that was used to make the original purchase.

 

WHO PAYS FOR THE RETURN?
If your item is not what you ordered or is faulty, that's on us. Mail it back and once we receive it we will give you a full refund.

     Refunds (if applicable)

    Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

    If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.


    Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

    If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
    Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

    Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

    Sale items (if applicable)

    Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.


    Exchanges (if applicable)

    We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@trademutt.com and send your item to: 23 Container St, Tingalpa, QLD, 4173.


    Gifts

    If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
     
    If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

    You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
     
    Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
     
    If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
