We're TradeMutt, an Australian social enterprise. We are a mental health movement disguised as a workwear company. We make the loudest workwear in the country so that people start talking, because a shirt that gets a comment on site can be the start of a conversation that matters. The profits help fund TIACS, a free counselling service for everyday people who'd otherwise go without. We're after a Performance & Growth Marketer to own paid media, email, website performance and our Shopify store, the engine room that turns attention into sales, so TIACS keeps getting funded.

THE GIST

This is a hands-on, numbers-and-instincts role for someone who's as comfortable in Meta Ads Manager and Klaviyo as they are digging into on-site conversion data. You'll own paid media, email/lifecycle, the website and our Shopify store, the channels that turn everyone else's creative into sales. Your focus stays on strategy, execution and the numbers. You won't be doing it alone, you'll sit in a tight marketing team with a strategist writing the copy and a producer building the assets. Your job is to take what they make and turn it into revenue.

WHAT YOU'LL OWN

  • Paid media — Google & Meta ad accounts: strategy, testing and optimisation end to end.

  • Email & lifecycle — Klaviyo campaigns and automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase), written and segmented end-to-end.

  • Website & conversion — site health, landing pages and on-site CVR, working with the team to keep the site sharp and fast.

  • Shopify — product uploads, merchandising, metafields and keeping the store sharp.

  • Data & reporting — funnel and campaign performance tracked and acted on: what's working, what to stop.

A NORMAL WEEK MIGHT LOOK LIKE

  • Checking overnight ad performance across Meta and Google and shifting budget to what's working.

  • Manage Klaviyo sends and flows.

  • Digging into on-site conversion data and briefing optimisation strategies.

  • Manage Shopify platform, including themes, merchandising, products, and optimisation

YOU MIGHT BE A FIT IF YOU

  • Have run paid media across Meta and Google and know your way around a dashboard.

  • Have hands-on Klaviyo experience, flows, segmentation and campaign builds, not just sends.

  • Have hands-on Shopify experience, uploads, merchandising, metafields, the lot.

  • Are commercially minded, you think in conversion rate, CAC and ROAS, not just likes.

  • Can take a raw brief and run with it independently.

  • You have the right level of organisation, creativity and flexibility to thrive in a dynamic marketing team.  

  • You're a self-starter, motivated, autonomous, and eager to learn.

  • Think and plan around the customer journey holistically. 

  • If you can answer the following question in the first line of your cover letter: If you were a tradie, what trade would you be and why? 

NICE-TO-HAVES (NOT DEAL-BREAKERS)

  • Exposure to wholesale and B2B marketing.

  • Familiarity with Shopify Plus specifically.
