RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Sometimes for whatever reason, you need to make a return. We make that process as easy as possible for you. Start your return process below.

NOT HAPPY?

We want to make sure you feel and look great in your new TradeMutt gear. If for any reason you are not feeling 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item/s you have purchased for a full refund, store credit or exchange.

COMPLETE THE ONLINE RETURNS FORM

You can return any* item within 14 days of purchase if the item is unwashed, unworn and undamaged in its original packaging. Start the process by clicking the link below!

PRINT... ATTACH... DROP OFF

Package your return in a delivery satchel. Then attach your new shipping label. If you don't have a printer, the post office can print the label for you.

Drop off your parcel to the closest Post Office, Red box or Parcel point location so we can track it back to us.

WHAT CAN I RETURN?
The items must be unwashed and undamaged in any way. We can not refund or exchange items that have been worn or damaged. We also do not accept returns or exchanges on any underwear. We do not accept returns or exchanges on swimwear with the hygiene label removed. We can offer a store credit on all sale purchases.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN/EXCHANGE?
Within 14 days of receiving your item. If you have bought this as a gift and the recipient didn't get to open it within this time frame, don't worry, we will sort you out. Just drop us an email at hello@trademutt.com
