I bought this to just use while hanging out, outside. I use a lot of long sleeve light shirts, especially through the summer months. I have only used it so far as a cooldown top after a run & wondering around.
But people notice it & ask about it. I tell them straight up that it’s to support men’s mental health, But I always throw in the women as well.
