Can I return/refund something I bought during Black Friday?
Unfortunately not legend. We cannot accept any returns, exchanges or refunds for purchases during the Black Friday Sale.
These products were heavily discounted for immediate sale and unfortunately most sizing is now sold out from past collections and won't be replenished.
Can I also use other discount codes on already discounted stock?
Sorry mate but our discount codes don't apply to the Black Friday Sales as these items are already heavily discounted.
You can still use this code on another order anytime outside of the sale period.
Are you restocking any of your limited edition collections?
Sorry legend. All of our limited collections are sold out when they’re sold out.
If there are no sizes on the website, we don’t have anything spare.
Our Core range collections Fractal and Spun Out will eventually be restocked but not before our Black Friday sale ends and they will not be restocked at any discount.
How long should I wait to receive my order?
Thanks so much for your patience with us during this hectic sales period. We’re flat out picking and packing orders in the warehouse at the moment so delivery will take a little longer than usual.
We’re expecting 5 to 7 days from your order being placed to being dispatched but if there are any changes we’ll let you know.
Don’t forget this is also Australia Post’s biggest time of year so please bear with all of us as we get your conversation starters to you as fast as we can.
How long does the sale go for?
Our BFCM sale runs from November 21, 3pm AEST to 11.59pm AEST on November 27th.

I accidentally ordered the wrong size. Can you change it before my order’s dispatched?
Maybe legend! If you get in touch with our customer service team ASAP — like, as soon as you realise! — we might be able to get that updated for you.
We've got tonnes of people shopping at the moment so your best bet will be to place another order for the right size and then get in touch with our customer service team to get your incorrect order cancelled and refunded.
Are any new products coming out during the sale?
No, legend, we’re not releasing any new product during this sale.
Keep an eye out for our monthly releases in December, January, February, and all through next year for a heap of exciting new product though!
