They struggle with their mental health too.
So we made scrubs. The Big Smoke unisex scrubs are our latest range of conversation starting nursing scrubs. This unisex scrub cut fits everyone and is perfect for starting conversations on shift with patients, their families, and your colleagues.
The Big Smoke unisex scrub tops are 185gsm so they’re sturdy. They’re made from 97% cotton and 3% elastane with horizontal stretch for flexibility while you’re flat out.
These scrub tops are jam-packed with pockets too, with two hemline pockets, one chest pocket, and an internal hemline pocket.

Softest scrub pants ever

Great design, true to size. Comfortable scrubs. Love the design and supporting a great causing. I have a son who’s a tradie and if he need support it’s reassuring to know TIACS is there. I have all the scrubs and the patients love them. Keep them coming - my colleagues have jumped on board too!!!

Larrikin scrub top
Thank you, thank you, thank you for the wonderful job you do, and the awareness you raise... I'm a midwife and absolutely love the Larrikin scrub top. It is so comfortable and I love all the pockets, I wear it when we have fun scrub Fridays, and people always tell me how much the love it.. I bought the larrikin not just because I love the colours, but because it's name reminds me of my son, who was a plumber, a real larrikin and a great person who took his life 2 days after his 22nd birthday 8yrs ago... your clothing range REALLY ARE conversation starters..I had a stranger in the supermarket ask me what it means, and when I told what it's all about, and what a wonderful job you are doing, she teared up and told me about her brother who had taken his life 20+years ago, and how it has always been taboo to talk about it in her family.. she told me she was going home to tell them about my shirt!!!
